I love boarders.madhatter wrote:maybe bring back the Due tour?
I hate what Boards do to the trails. Too much sliding.
The difference between Alta and Snowbird is undeniable.

Beginner and intermediate boarders ruin trails with too much sliding, expert boarders do not. This holds true for skiers too.hillbangin wrote:I love boarders.madhatter wrote:maybe bring back the Due tour?

And temperatures below 15. They should maintain about 25 degrees and keep the humidity low.gardi wrote:And temperatures above freezingthrobster wrote:Ski resorts should ban r*in events.

For the most part, u r both correct, but imho, the John Deere bulldozer snowboarders F it up more than skiers.madhatter wrote:that is correct...daytripper wrote:Beginner and intermediate boarders ruin trails with too much sliding, expert boarders do not. Amazing difference [other considerations noted] at MRG.

Watch each card you play, and play it slow
Don't you let that deal go down

Not so bad on natural.
Too much surface area.
I wakeboard in the summer. The skiers hate us because we go slow. 20 ish mph compared to 30 and up. The boat throws a big wake at 20 and it screws up the rest of the lake. No wake at 32 and faster.
Never mind the tubers. They are like the ski blade crowd butt worse.

Wakeboarding is objectively more fun than waterskiing. Snowboarding, however, I would put on the same level as alpine skiing
