Re: Snow will melt off Super star when?
Is there is any snow left? Weatherman reported it was 96 in Burlington yesterday. I would imagine it was at least 80 in Killington then.

Just came across this post referencing Humpty.buckethead wrote:nice pics GIS. i like the distant shot without any of the base area showing. makes one appreciate that much snow when everything is so green and lush.
HS: definitely get that checked. not normal;0]
the hill certainly looks way better than it did june 1a few years back - when it was three patches starting halfway down the "head" wall (cue humpty's tired "you're ignorant" rant - you should get that checked too. might need different meds?)
I going to go out on a limb here and say you are probably a douche bag.

One local has over 100 days hiking since the shutdown. Snow is quickly disappearing.

Skiing on the last day of June? How pointless!skibumps4ever wrote:checked the web cam... a few die hards there today getting their final "stoke" in today on what is left of the bottom plot. looks like final melt will be july 4. that is my pick.
July though, that's awesome!
This might be the first July skier (I might even recognize him, Rick?), captured by a friend who was hiking early this morning.
(I cancelled on joining him on account of the uncertain wx fx -- tomorrow looks great though for hitting the upper patch!)
Webcam currently shows some lower-patch activity.

What is the point of this? Skiing on a 20 foot patch? Not even worth the effort. Ridiculous! I can see if there's at least 1/2 the trail to ski...Jonathan S. wrote:Three skiers on the webcam just now:

As long as there is enough room to keep social distancing guidelines go for it.Jonathan S. wrote:Three skiers on the webcam just now:
