This one looks ready to be buried. Good God that is way too skinny. I've only seen people that skinny when they were dying from cancer.

I say less than 5%.. which is too low for men, and WAY, WAY, WAY too low for women.

Probably. Male bodybuilders typically have 5% or less BF. Female bodybuilders aren't much higher - not more than 10%. That's low enough, btw, to halt menstruation.
If I remember the numbers correctly "normal" for men is supposed to be around 15% and women 20-25% or so.
