Re: 22/23 Season Passes
I bought a Beast pass last year hoping to be able to ski most of the season but I only got to ski 34 days at K and that will probably be it for the season. Stop complaining the resort needs the money to be able to open early and close late and hire staff and give you as good conditions as they can after Mother Nature does not cooperate. Be glad it's not a Vail resort.

Re: 22/23 Season Passes
Thanx for the intro: I get to post my yearly [at least] pass cost info.Heywood jablowmee wrote: ↑Mar 15th, '22, 13:25 ha ha ha...Dare I tell em what a pass was 35...40 years ago?...sheesh.....
Not sure of the year, but over 30 years ago a K Pass [ski season only] was $1350. And that was the 'early buy' price.
I paid $1200 that year as I was able to buy one of the transferrable lifetime passes for that season.
If I recall correctlty, the next year the pass price dropped to a bit less than $700 [but had to buy it real early].
Goes to show, you don't never know
Watch each card you play, and play it slow
Don't you let that deal go down
Don't you let that deal go down
Looks like its going down no matter what I do !!!

so...the season pass..is an even BETTER deal now...what am I really missing here?
Re: 22/23 Season Passes
Like my controller says. It is what it is. With a full second from my accountant. You want to play. You have to pay. Cannon is still a solid deal. Beast 365 to keep the kids happy. Painful. But its for the children. Insert crying imogie here.

.. and the midday $20 'secondary' ticket market in Bay 1
.. ps $1200 for a transfer pass? Higher than customary

Re: 22/23 Season Passes
They offer a cheaper pass because they know college students only ski on breaks (not spring break as they head south mostly for that). My son who is in law school was planning to ski last weekend but had to cancel due to a late assignment that was due on Monday. Now he is on spring break and is in Florida with his girlfriend.

No they don't because I know someone who went back to college when he was 50 and got it because the college said he was enrolled.

Re: 22/23 Season Passes
Website states that college pass is available to college students aged 29 and under.
Re: 22/23 Season Passes
Not sure about an age requirement but they do require proof of a full 13 credits to qualify for the pass. It’s very good especially for a student from say Castleton. Schedule accordingly and you can easily ski 50 days. UVM offers a 350 mrg-bush pass too which students also enjoy.
