Unfortunately, Judge Jackson is no more than another progressive judicial activist wolf dressed in sheep's clothing. She does have an impressive resume and a wealth of qualifications. Regardless, she also has a lengthy judicial record that is being aggressively obscured from public view and defended by the Democrat members of Senate Judiciary when questioned on the merits.

Can you give us an example of this lengthy judicial record of progressive activism? Asking for a friend.

Not true....and I bet dollars to donuts you won't be able to prove it.

But you know who IS a radical conservative activist and quite possibly guilty of sedition?

I doubt the right-wing news source that told him this provided such information. Oh, and by the way, it's kinda hard to obscure her record when every single decision she's ever written is publicly available for anyone to read: https://www.google.com/search?q=ketanji ... ict-courts

On the other hand, a recent poll shows Jackson has some of the strongest support of any recent supreme court nominee. As I said earlier, Republicans have failed to make their case that she's some kind of radical.

She isn't a radical. They are just trying to play to the deplorables.

Manchin indicates he will vote to confirm KBJ - will any republicans join him in confirming this qualified candidate?

However, there is very little question that Jackson is a highly experienced, highly qualified judge. And yes, she in fact has better qualifications than several recent appointees.
Of course it was a mistake to say he was going to name a black female etc etc That’s what Biden does best, mistakes, so you can’t blame people for complaining, I never heard of such a thing for any type of job and it makes her nomination stained ,
Now ask these right-wing bozos criticizing Biden about Ronald Reagan's promise to appoint a woman to the Supreme Court, and then following through by appointing Sandra Day O'Connor. Comparing apples to oranges,

Seems like there are still a few rational voices left on the Republican side of the aisle:
“After reviewing Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s extensive record, watching much of her hearing testimony, and meeting with her twice in person, I have concluded that she possesses the experience, qualifications, and integrity to serve as an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court,” Collins said in a statement Wednesday.

“I will, therefore, vote to confirm her to this position,” the centrist senator from Maine said.
