Rutland Craft Cannabis in Brandon was the first place licensed. There's also a store that said coming October 2022 in Montpelier.

I'd rather smoke than drink, I wonder if there's a model that the resort could use to sell cannabis to guests. A true experience at the jerk shack. Maybe make use of the building in the stash...

“According to officials at the Cannabis Control Board, retailers can begin selling (recreational) marijuana as soon as their license is approved. That is scheduled to begin Oct. 1. Officials say they are on target to meet that deadline.“

Still not sure where my friend will have to go, but hopefully not too far from the mountain.

Mass retail is high, Maine retail nearly half the price, Vermont will fall in the middle is my guess. Local sharing farmer culture has erased the cost for many.

Depending on which MA town that you are buying it in your paying a 20-27% sales tax. The state gets their cut and each town is allowed to tack on an extra few %.
