Pretty sure House rules allow members to accept free tickets to charity events and also to borrow art (e.g., dress).
You have to admire the irony of the GOP trying to investigate a free party ticket, while pretending an attack by GOP supporters preventing a joint session of Congress from counting the electoral college votes never happened. Even going so far to present the American flag flown over our Capitol on January 6th to an insurrectionist.
