The snow report is useless

I don’t know why they bother to have the 5 day weather forecast on the Killington app. Today it is calling for a low of 1 and a high of 4. Bad information is worst than no information.

If nothing else, aside from bashing K and anyone else worthy of it, should also provide positive feedback when warranted.

Anyone check out the K Snow Report the past two days?

On both of these days they provided an accurate update on where the snowmaking would be. Also, and I quote:

"Ski conditions today will be quite firm and most natural trails and terrain will still be closed".

Not too bad !

Finally stopped in the K1 bar Saturday. Noticed that the bar menus dropped a decade off Killington's history. Asked Mike at the bar and he said the I was the first one to notice. Has anyone else picked up on this? Hard to imagine that I am only one paying attention .

They really need to keep the App info up to date.

Yesterday [Sunday], all morning the App showed the South Ridge chair as "Scheduled 9:00 to 3:30 or something like that".

Is it running or not? Had to ask an Ambassador who told me we was told it was running. When I questioned him referrring to what the App was showing, he then didn't really know.

Would be nice to fix all the webcams. The Bear cam has been down since December and now the Mountain View cam doesn't work either.

Come on - Killington wants to sell $2.5MM townhouses at Bear Mountain. You think Mike S. wants perspective buyers looking at how bare that part of the mountain is early and late season?!?

Mikey S. doesn't give 2 sh*ts about that camera working.

The webcam hasn't worked since Bear opened for the season. It's open from Christmas to mid April. They could do better at opening it earlier in the season, but the reality is that it's open plenty long enough for the majority of the skiing public.

They built a giant park feature in the pipe. I'd think they'd want to show that if they could.
