Now, if I could just find a seasonal rental at Killington, I could get both my Killington days and overall days higher. There’s no other mountain within a reasonable drive that’s worth a seasonal.
Six out of my 20 days were day trips from the NYC metro area. It was a difficult year to get decent lodging without having to donate a kidney.
Never argue with idiots. They will bring you down to their level, then overwhelm you with their experience.

19 at Jiminy for me. They had a great season. They did a fantastic job with all the refreeze cycles, and the spring dumps made it a local playland for weeks.
Plattekill must have had an awesome spring.

2019 - "A South Ridge trail is Pipe Dream. A South Ridge lift (operating midweek) shouldn't be."
2023 - Killington announces that the South Ridge lift will run five days a week.
2024 - Killington lied.
^^ yup. skiied my first pow at jiminy, a week before plattekill's opening.
platts was in great shape post ides of march - with entire mountain in play for corn (first i can remember)
i skiied last 3 of 4 operating days there but missed the closer to get my spring rolling at K.

Mine will most likely be zero as my back is giving me grief again.
Ended up at Zero, and had that back surgery ten days ago. Recovery is three months followed by two months PT, then I'm free to go back to skiing. Should be around November 1st.
sorry to hear about back troubles.
