google was running some "ad optimization". Not sure why as I had already turned off all "auto ads". Anyway, optimization has been turned off. Ads really should only appear after the first post on a page and in the footer. Please post up here if you see otherwise.

I’ve been using brave browser, and I haven’t had any ads since switching to it.
