Relocation incentives in place for years now for VT, may or may not reflect genuine desire to live there. butt maybe *just* enough of a nudge to motivate those that did qualify and moved there last year. perhaps tipped the scales for this particular measurement. will they stay?

For everyone that said I was wrong for calling Rutland a sh*t hole , I hope you are right and I am wrong , as a small section of Rutland will be will be moving up Rt 4 to mendon as the old Econo lodge witch will become a voucher motel this summer

Rutland isn’t a bad place it’s like everywhere else let’s see how that works out , with a little bit of Rutland moving up Rt 4 to mendon to the old econo lodge that just became a voucher motel
