Given what we've learned about how Trump conducted business with his real estate company, it would not surprise me if he gets indicted over Truth Social's business at some point in the future. The whole thing has been shady, from the way it went public via a SPAC to the initial stupidly high valuation to Trump now suing his co-founders to divest them of their shares.

Unless he knowingly falsified financials, I don't' see that happening at all.
