Re: Spring Shrinkage Schedule ?
Now it's official. Everything but Superstar done after this weekend. As lame as lame can be. It used to be that terrain off K1 and Snowdon remained open until the snow was gone.

well that sucks. still plenty of snow particularly in the canyon but NR and snowdon for the most part with good coverage. they're leaving a lot of snow on the mtn. interestingly they're still trumpeting the spring pass.

Re: Spring Shrinkage Schedule ?
bummer.
will need to keep skins in the car.
maybe they could push cheaper tix and more terrain to attract more people, but this is a big ship that won't change course easily.

Gonna need my hiking boots to get to coops!

That does suck, especially with some great weather coming next week.

Re: Spring Shrinkage Schedule ?
I imagine everyone who purchased spring passes is going to be pissed that they're shutting down a but 3 trails despite wall to wall coverage. And for those who are planning on skinning, don't be surprised if they break out the anti-poaching cameras again.

Re: Spring Shrinkage Schedule ?
if there were ever a time for riots to break out in killington, prohibiting the annual tradition of hiking to the canyon might be the last straw that breaks the camels back!
Re: Spring Shrinkage Schedule ?
Let them riot in the mud pit at the bottom of the access road which is insanely huge today!
