if they sell to alterra id imagine it will be before the start of next season (or the following) and theyd probably issue refunds if k ends up on ikon as a result. alterra is sitting on 3 billion thats burning a hole in their pocket im sure.

They're not sitting on $3B of cash - that was an uneducated reporter who issued a correction to his story. The money raised went to pay off old investors.

Why? Some Power resorts are .mostly Dopp (Bachelor comes to mind).
