Looking for year round rental as early as Oct.
Looking for a 2-3 BR apt for year round rental preferrably in Killington. It is just myself, no pets. Professional who works from home and travels frequently. Excellent references. Looking for something well-kept, unfurnished if possible. In a summer rental through November, would like to move in Oct. to give myself some time, etc. Price neg., up to $900. 422.5163 thanks!
i have space for rent
however:
1. might be bigger than what you're looking for - don't know if you if you want to find somebody to split the costs
2. my parents (in their 70s) are thinking of visiting for summer 06 - they're not going to know until end of spring if they're coming - i would give 30days notice & then you'd have to vacate for the summer
3. it is NOT a party-central-rental - i have a 4yr old - your references WILL BE CHECKED (gotta love a small town for that!)
