LINE SHAMING! Can't wait to see some of these confrontations...
Re: Dedicated Express Access Lanes
Lame. Mike do something about this. I didn't buy my 365 pass knowing that privileged (there's that trigger word) people can cut the line I am patiently waiting in.
All the money should go to charity or to a liftie college fund to make this not stink.

Watch out, Bay 1 parking passholders.
Don't be surprised if you get an email at the end of this season, stating that seasonal parking passes have been discontinued.
Why let some middle class rube have that spot for a few hundred bucks a season, when they could sell it to the uber-wealthy for $200 a day?

2014 - "A South Ridge trail is Pipe Dream. A South Ridge lift shouldn't be."
2019 - "A South Ridge trail is Pipe Dream. A South Ridge lift (operating midweek) shouldn't be."
2023 - Killington announces that the South Ridge lift will run five days a week.
2024 - Killington lied.

On the other hand... K's margins must be getting hammered by labor costs... Maybe this is meant to help close the gap.

Perish the thought of the jaded locals not moving the fastest thru the loading zone.

This. A few bronx cheers from the unwashed masses and express lane sales drop to zero. Waste of space.Stormchaser wrote: ↑Oct 11th, '21, 09:52 LINE SHAMING! Can't wait to see some of these confrontations...
Re: Dedicated Express Access Lanes
They've posted the info on the website now. https://www.killington.com/plan-your-tr ... ast-tracks
It's at the following lifts, available 7 days a week, from November 19 to April 10:
K1
Snowdon 6
Superstar
Ramshead
Snowshed Express
Skyeship Stage 1
Skyeship Stage 2
Needle's
Bear
Skye Peak Express
This means it won't be at North Ridge early season, nor Superstar late season. They also make it very clear that there are no refunds or cancellations, so if you buy it on a day when all the lifts are ski-on, then you've flushed your money down the toilet. That's the case on all weekdays and some weekends. Hopefully that is a common occurrence and the whole thing flops.

Re: Dedicated Express Access Lanes
I suppose you'll find out November 1. At amusement parks, the skip the line pass usually has dynamic pricing. If they are charging the minimum price, that usually means you don't even need it since all the roller coasters will be walk-ons. If the same is true here, the $49 will only be charged on days you don't need it, and it will be more otherwise.
Re: Dedicated Express Access Lanes
Why not just raise the season pass prices a little and everyone pays a little more and everything goes as normal. Not this b.s we’re it seems like you’re just a walking wallet and causes problems.

Re: Dedicated Express Access Lanes
Remember, these are the same "corporate" folks who forgot to resign a stupid sweet lease deal and had to literally watch their crown jewel be taken from them by Vail. So I gather based on that moment of idiocy plus a lot of other things in their time on the east coast that they really don't understand the market...
