I also said playoff goal scoring is usually lower as Defense wins Championships and so 3 1/2 which is 1 lower than 4 1/2 sounds right ! At least you all see it my way now .

(6+5+6+8+5+7+6)/7 = 4 1/2
Re: The Official "Things I learned from Atomic Thread"
He's talking about goal differential, not total goals scored....I think. (At this point, I can't really be sure what he's talking about).Stormchaser wrote:(6+5+6+8+5+7+6)/7 = 4 1/2

42). Tanaka will end the 2014 season at 12-10.

44). In Japanese baseball, the game day roster consists of 24 hitters and a pitcher.
Re: The Official "Things I learned from Atomic Thread"
Junior if you're going to quote what I've said then at least get it correct !..The realistic number of "outs" in The Japan baseball league per nine innings is 24 by REAL hitters and 3 " gimmes " by the pitcher !

Really? That may be what you meant, but that's not what you wrote.Atomic1 wrote:Junior if you're going to quote what I've said then at least get it correct !..The realistic number of "outs" in The Japan baseball league per nine innings is 24 by REAL hitters and 3 " gimmes " by the pitcher !

45). Every baseball game in Japan is a "perfect game" by both pitchers.Atomic1 wrote:Junior if you're going to quote what I've said then at least get it correct !..The realistic number of "outs" in The Japan baseball league per nine innings is 24 by REAL hitters and 3 " gimmes " by the pitcher !
"24 by REAL hitters and 3 " gimmes " by the pitcher" = 27 up and 27 down.
So let me get this straight. Every game played in the Japanese baseball league is a perfect game by BOTH pitchers and no batters ever reach base. No runs are ever scored. There are no hits, no walks, and no errors. Just 27 up and 27 down. A perfect game by both pitchers each and every game. Got it!!
Re: The Official "Things I learned from Atomic Thread"
Ok so let me phrase it a little better ...
Every game in The Japan Baseball League consists of 27 Outs per side with the pitcher usually batting at least twice but often 3 times .

You know that is not correct.Atomic1 wrote:Ok so let me phrase it a little better ...

What if the home team does not bat in the 9th.
I'm just being as ridiculous as others would be while quoting you.
Beware of fools & trolls here, they lurk everywhere.

46). In the Japanese baseball league, the home team always bats in the bottom of the 9th whether they are winning or not.Atomic1 wrote:Ok so let me phrase it a little better ...
