Possesion of a CDS? This implies that he is of possesion of illegally obtained substances or illegal substances. If Rush was prescribed Viagra from his docter, but the docter placed his own name on it (or another docters name), rather than Rush's ... that's hardly a violation of the CDS laws in place.

What a waste - it gave me what I would characterize as a floater at best. Certainly not the screaming blue steeler that I was expecting. Worst thing was, I was out drinking with a bunch of Marines who dared me to take it at the bar, so I was walking around with said floater all night long much to the amusement of everyone (and of course this was pointed out to anyone who happened to pass by).
In quite the juvenile fashion (as if this wasn't juvenile enough) the other guys didn't take theirs - they spit theirs out. I was the only one dumb enought to swallow the thing.
As far as ol Rush goes... well hell he should have just left the stuff at home. I hope his wife was travelling with him.

It's not over yet, why do they persecute this poor man, he has medical conditions and he's trying to deal with them. It's his private life and has no bearing on his performance as the country's premier journalist, it's just the left leaning media showing their bias again, leave the poor man alone.
