Centrally located in South Rutland you have easy access to Stratton, Bromely, Okemo, Pico and Killington.

Large Farm House with lots of room. Currently have 5 bedrooms / 2 baths / 1 full kitchen and 1 partial kitchen (in the works). Not a fancy place, but easy access to skiing and shopping. Stone throw from Rt. 7 and Rt. 4. $750 per person, Thanksgiving to May Day.

Also available for nightly or weekend rates. Call for information.

Sure, but the floor is a bit tilted and it will cost extra. Plus the extra traffic to use the sink and stove may be a problem.

I drove by the house last week. It looks like a construction work in progress....very slow progress. Hope the roof is done by winter because the siding looks awful.

HUH? What you talkin 'bout? Roof is done, so he said. Front siding is complete except for the top, unless the roofer made a mess of it, in which case he can come back and clean it. Hope to get that last piece or two up before the first snow, but not necessary. Gaps are less than last season.

Getting anything done on a project like that is like pulling your own teeth. You just never know when it will finally happen. Have to hurry and get any other projects finished soon, before hunting season starts.

Like I'm going to be able to tell if the floor is tilted after a few glasses of wine. Will probably help me walk straight!

Hey, I was wondering if you would be interested in renting a room by the month, and if so how much? I got to the College of St. Joseph in Rutland, and just recently had my roommate to be back out of the lease, now I am stuck with nowhere to live once I come back up to VT for the 28th of August, do you have something? 2 rooms taken, up to 3 available. Front of the house is COMPLETE, except for some touch up work.

If you need a place, $20/night pp. Or $750 pp for the season with no added charges. Can set up bedrooms to suit.

Was just thinking I should post in here because payment in full is due for those in the house. I have one person interested in a room, but have not confirmed him. If you have a couple that needs a place I might accomodate.

House is still a 200+ y/o farm house. Just put a door on the upstairs room yesterday. Framing the back wall for insulation today. New dishwasher is in so looking good for now. Wish I had time and money to do it all, but that will take years.

I think they are a great idea, and I always wondered:

1) How much is that thing going to cost to heat?
2) Who's going to clean it?

On top of all that there at least 6 grand. Forget it!
