The 2006-2007 season will run from Nov 10th through May 20th.
3-level modern townhouse with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths
Members are assigned the same room for the season
The main level has an open kitchen, vaulted living room and dining room
The living room has a fireplace, stereo, cable television, VCR and DVD
There is a washer and dryer on the lower level
Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided; sheets and towels must be self-supplied
Sit down dinners on Saturday night.
A coordinator is assigned for each weekend to handle breakfast and staples food shopping
Typically, each person does one weekend the entire season.
The weekend food bill includes breakfast, staples when needed and Saturday night dinner if it is in-house; the bill typically ranges from $10-$30 per person for the weekend
All prices are per person and based on 2-people per room
The house is well-stocked with staples at the beginning of the season
Utilities, cleaning, plowing and firewood are included in the share price
All are based on double occupancy (adults-only, no pets):
>- Upstairs Left (Twins) - $1,200 half share/$750 quarter share
>- Upstairs Right (Queen) - $1,200 half share/$750 quarter share
>- Main Floor (Full) - $1,095 half share/$695 quarter share
>- Downstairs Enclosed (Twins) - $1,025 half share/$650 quarter share
>- Downstairs Open - $925 half share/$575 quarter share
