my friend and I are in our 20s and are looking for a house that has mostly 20 year olds that wanna have some fun. hit me back if you have a house that fits that description

Snowjob, I don't think this is the type of place Destructo8 is looking for. the members range in age from 30-40s and they run a pretty quiet type of house - no frat parties.

Actually, I thought the mansion was a party place. I thought I recalled visiting there and that they have lots of members. Don't they sell 1/4 and even 1/8 shares? That would mean lots of visitors, but perhaps that has changed.
