Snowjob, I don't think this is the type of place Destructo8 is looking for. the members range in age from 30-40s and they run a pretty quiet type of house - no frat parties.

Actually, I thought the mansion was a party place. I thought I recalled visiting there and that they have lots of members. Don't they sell 1/4 and even 1/8 shares? That would mean lots of visitors, but perhaps that has changed.
