As the CT constitution pre-dates the US, it is the INDIVIDUAL right to bare arms, and within the CT constitution it is stated specificaly for protection of LIFE, Family, Property and the State.
Now I have to ask the question, if the RIGHT of the People means the individual on one ammendment why then would it not be the same in the 2nd?
