N.Y. Gas tax is 22.6 cents while Mass is 21.6

YEP, we in CT used to laugh at Tax a two shits because of all the heavy taxes they paid. Then Lord Weiker took office and BOOM, Income Tax is 4.5%, Sales tax dropped all the way down from 6.5% to 6%, Fuel taxes doubled to the 3rd highest in the country. The list goes on and on, but we caught and by passed Tas a two shits quickly during Lord Weiker's reign.Geoff wrote:Nope. Massachusetts used to be one of the big tax states in the country. Over the last 20 years, they've kept their tax rates constant while all the other states jacked theirs up.
