Our home in Killington Vermont is available for short term rentals.
The "in season" (winter 2007/2008) rates are:
$1800 for a two night weekend (Friday & Saturday evenings) $2500 for a three night weekend (Thursday through Saturday evenings) $3200 for a seven day week $1500 for a five night midweek (Sunday through Thursday evening)
These rates are "all inclusive", everything is included, utilities, firewood, linens etc;, there is a refundable $500 damage deposit
Thanksgiving week and December 26th through Jan 1st is NOT available, MLK weekend and Presidents week are NOT available.
We are centraly located in the middle of killington, minutes from the slopes and walking distance to restaurants, nightlife and markets.
No smoking and No Pets.

To reserve a date, print out a copy of the lease and fill in the appropriate dates, send the completed lease, a copy of your drivers license and a check for a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% plus a refundable $500 damage deposit is due ten days before the rental starts.
