Minutes of the Planning Commission's initial hearing on SP Land's application for the so-called Golf Course PUD, a separate application from the village PUD. The PC had a lengthy discussion on whether this application is valid and has referred the matter to their counsel for review.

From the Planning Commission meeting of January 18, 2012:

b. Steve Selbo advised that SP Land had a kick-off meeting with Bill Burke at Act 250. Overall it went very well. There are a couple of issues they have to work out. They are still planning to submit their application by the end of the month.
