Commuter lots and gas

The past couple weekends my freind and I have been leaving a vehicle in Enfield CT. There is a commuter lot in the Enfield Commons plaza off of exit 47 E. I contacted the Enfield police department about leaving a vehicle over night or for a few days. They said it was "perfectly fine to do so, thats what the commuter lots are for". This is not true in Mass.
This works out to be a great place to leave a vehicle as there is a Stop and Shop gas station across the street. Swipe your S&S card and get $0.05 off per gallon. If you have any points on your card that gets knocked off as well. I paid $ 1.71 last thursday. nickel off plus my 229 points (23 cents off)
