We buy these wings at Sam's Club or Costco, pre coated with the hot stuff. Then we bake them in the oven. Real easy and tasty.

for all of you trying to be healthy and don't want to fry...(you can skin the wings first to really cut down on the fat)...

some buttermilk.. favoite hotsauce... a small about of tomato paste..a touch of flour. pepper and salt maybe some various peppers salts. a little course mustard some sugar.. and a touch of vinegar.... allow wings to marinate in sauce.. at least a half hour..

spray some oil over them and broil on a wire tray, turning once...

they will be crispy..
