Just need ONE person!!!!

We are 4 guys (mid 20s), who have had an awesome ski house for the last 3 years, just off the access road (near the barn). We are inches away from securing it for another year (full nov 1 - may 31 term), but need ONE MORE PERSON to throw down.

Bit more info about us:

Two of us are from Boston, two from NH, but we are all friends. However, we all do our own thing, and use the house both together and separately. We are not there every weekend, about every other. We usually booze lightly Fridays, chill at the place, and ski/ride hard on sat. After sking its usually a short re-charge at the place, followed by lots of beer and the bars. We have a good time, but are not out of control.

About the place:

Fully furnished 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room. Small place, but it sleeps 8 due to 2 sets of bunks, and two single beds. Landlord is never there, and likes us a lot so its all good.

Price: $1500. Can split in 2 payments, just need to pay by Nov 1 to get the key.
