looking to split share

My girlfriend and have been talking to one of the local share houses. The landlord is asking a $6700 price on private use of two adjoining rooms on the third floor for the season. Larger of the two rooms is newly renovated with a small kitchenette and a futon which pulls out to a double. Smaller of the two rooms has a full bed. We are thinking it would be nice to split costs of these 2 rooms with another couple. We'll also have access to the 2nd floor (full kitchen & hot tub on the deck.) If interested, PM me for details.
