It is a full seasonal rental. You can use it whenever you like.

There are a few people interested and looking at pics right now, but as of today, 9/2/2014, the condo is still available for seasonal rental.

I have a bunch of new pictures as many things have been recently updated, including all brand new appliances and gas burning stove.

PM me with an email address or respond here and I can email you the new pics. There are about 20 pictures.

Looking to get it rented sometime over the next month.
