Realtor Reco?

Post by Stratplans »

Hi everyone -

We are looking to list our unit at the Grand for sale - can anyone recommend a good realtor in the area? I spoke with ERA Mountain and was not impressed. It is a double (lockout) unit (L floorplan, I believe).

Any other thoughts are welcome.

Thanks.

We used Heidi Bomengen at Prestige when we bought our condo and we were very impressed with her. I know that have a selling realtor is different, but she was very proactive in showing us units when most others we contacted were not. I have met her partner Ted and he seems to be very professional as well.

Check out the newsletter on their website. On the back it shows all of the recent sales and if they were part of the transaction (on either the buy or sale side). They are involved in a good percentage of them for a 2-person shop.

What's the admin %age on sales brokered through K-zone?

2nd on Heidi, top shelf. Also Bret Williamson at Killington Valley Real Estate.

Another approach would be to look at which realtors have listed and or sold the most Grand units over the years, they'll be the most knowledgeable about that complex.

I don't know if they work with interval sales, and I can recommend:

'Tricia Carter - Ski Country R.E.
Kyle Kershner - Ski Country R.E.
Judy Storch - Killington Valley R.E.
