Seeking 2013/14 Winter Rental - 1 Bedroom

Hi,
I'm looking for a 1 bedroom rental for next winter. The things we need are:
1. Pet friendly (1 small, well behaved and friendly Boston Terrier)
2. Wood burning fireplace or stove

We ideally would like to be near Killington Rd, with the Mountain Green, Trail Creek, Fall Line, Whiffle Tree Condos, etc being ideal. Farther down the access road is fine, and for the right price we would consider as far Pico or W. Bridgewater by the Skyeship Gondola.

We would like to spend *around* 5k - depending on amenities (hot tub) and location, we are negotiable.

We are also willing to commit early.
