Shumlin should’ve been in jail for this years ago. Is the statute of limitations an issue yet? If not, then charge him. As for Bill Stenger, his plea deal is a joke.

All these a-holes should be locked up for years! Dropped 90% of the charges?! He'll serve maybe 6 months in a country club jail. He knew what was going on.

Maybe we should count all the lawyers and accountants involved in this scam as the jobs that were promised with the investments and give these investors their green cards.
