Pats going to rely on Cooks a little more? Anyone know if he's going to even be serviceable after Malcolm Jenkins laid him out?

You mean the Super Bowl hit where Jenkins should have been ejected :?:

Are you proposing the rules of the NFL be changed to preclude players from hitting runners with their helmets? If so, and the rule is changed, then in the future it would be an illegal hit. Otherwise, it was a legal hit. Do you have any legitimate source asserting the hit was not legal?

As for 'headhunter', I'm not seeing it.

So .. Bill's attrition strategy will assure the natural order and carry them forward .. eh .. :?
This keeps up, they may have to platoon a couple guys ..

Their 4 recent losses are pretty significant.

Only time will tell.

Consider that all the guys that the Pats have either traded away or let go via FA that it hasn't hurt them one bit.

Remember when Mankins left, the end was in sight but they found another guy.

Former Atlanta Falcons defensive end Adrian Clayborn agreed to a two-year deal worth a maximum value of $12.5 million, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Ex-Cincinnati Bengals running back Jeremy Hill also came to an agreement with the team, a source told ESPN's Field Yates.

And former Seattle Seahawks offensive tackle Matt Tobin reached a one-year deal with the Patriots, a source told ESPN's Mike Reiss.
