Seemingly ... everybody wants 'in' on this.
Must be a very slow litigation season.
Arbitration 'standards' in jeopardy ... interesting angle.
Olson and Feinberg working together is a powerful combo.
Perhaps they just want to grandstand with Tom and Robert ...
and/or like most sensible people, they agree Goodell is an imbecile.

The AFL-CIO got in on it because this has major implications to Labor.

There are many, many arbitration cases heard every year in the USA.

The Fed ruling could affect how they are both heard and decided.

Surprised that more labor unions didn't get involved but maybe they decided that the AFL-CIO is enough.

Tom Brady's case is no longer about deflated footballs or a four-game suspension -- it's about the fundamental rights of American workers and a dangerous threat to industrial peace in America. At least that's the case Brady and his new lawyer, Ted Olson, are not only trying to make but sell to the U.S. Supreme Court. To do so, they've assembled an all-star team of labor leaders, scholars and experts.

And by the way, I know someone was pining away for him but Gronk was back at Practice on Monday.

Tom Brady's 'Deflategate' appeal rejected by federal court

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan issued a one-sentence rejection of requests by the National Football League Players Association and Tom Brady to reconsider an April decision that reinstated the suspension.

So it's on to the US Supreme Court.

Ginsberg and Co would rule in Brady's favor. :-)
Regardless of what Tom and NFLPA decide ...
Starting the season 3-1 under budding superstar Jimmy G will suit PATRIOT NATION just fine

I doubt SC will set aside time to hear Olsen's pitch.
Though it would be compelling on labor issues. :like

Even Edelman could start and they'd likely go 3-1.

Highly unlikely they will file and highly unlikely the court would take the case if it was filed.

You don't hire Ted Olsen unless you plan to take it further.

This is true. Brady and the NFLPA may file but it's still highly unlikely that the court will hear it.

Not mentioned in this article is the destruction of Brady's phone. That had a lot to do with Goodell's decision.

Heard a statistic on TV that the court gets 8-10,000 appeals a year and hears an average of 70.
