Disagree. You either cheat or you don't. You are a cheater or you are not a cheater. No such thing as being a "time to time" cheater.

Kinda like being pregnant. You are or you aren't. You can't be a little pregnant. You can't be a lot pregnant. You can be 3 months pregnant. You can be 8 months pregnant. Either way, you are pregnant. You are pregnant or you're not pregnant.

You either cheat, or you don't cheat. The Patriots don't cheat a little. They don't cheat a lot. They cannot be "part time" cheaters. They just cheat.
