Bedroom available weekend after Christmas??

Me and a buddy (31 and 29) looking for two beds to crash in weekend after Christmas. Arrive Friday night and leave Sunday.
Anyone have this type of space available? Had a ski house at Fort Alexandria, and Club Nice for 6 years and this is the first year we didn't do it.
Like to party, but also can do the quiet routine if thats what your house is.
