Never thought I'd see it in my lifetime. It's the end of the world and I feel fine.

How will a Trump DoJ effect this.

The DoJ can put a stop to any state allowing it if they wish.
Trump has generally been pro medical and has stated he would like the feds to stay out of the entire issue, but if Giuliani or Christie or the like is in the mix, all bets are off. Actually, since this is Trump we're talking about, all bets are off anyway.
Can't really see why they would want to waste their time with it.

Add a hefty Fed tax on it and change the banking laws so the pot stores can actually bank their cash.

The White House on Thursday put states that have legalized recreational-use marijuana on notice that federal law enforcement agents could be targeting them soon.

It was the clearest warning yet that the Trump administration may move to disrupt the marijuana trade in the eight states, including California, that have legalized the recreational use of pot.

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer told reporters that the administration had no plans to continue the permissive approach of the Obama administration and that it viewed recreational marijuana use as a flagrant violation of federal law.

Really don't care if people smoke whatever they want but really wish they would at least put the windows down and air out the car.

Ya, the guy in the morning asked me if he minded if he smoked (and he laughed when I asked cigarettes or pot...a cigarette I would have asked him to wait or lean waaay out the window), but the afternoon crew just "warned me" as I hopped in with them.

Bet the Governor won't sign the bill as there's no provision for any tax.

New Hampshire welcome to the 1990's. On September 18th up to 3/4 OZ will be a violation. 3/4 of an OZ is NH's way to say we're tough on crime. At any rate, thank you to the advocates and Gov. Sununu for this progress. :seeya
