I used to have a Thule system on my civic until it got jacked in Boston. Planning on getting another rack this summer but have decided to switch to a Yakima. The feet seem better designed and constructed to me which equates to more durable. My brother has a Yakima on his truck too and it has held up much better than my Thule did in terms of the plastic fading/cracking from the sun. Good luck.
Some things just can't be bought......

thule rack and box here..
i don't know if you need a rack, too - but if you do, i chose thule purely because of the square bars vs round..
since i had a thule rack, i just naturally chose a thule box.. evo 1600.
the ability to open it on both sides is nice.. and it looks cool too with my matching grey car. (:

Re: Toolie or Yamika?
Um, Yakama is in WASHINGTON STATE, named after the Yakima tribe. Thule is Swedish. I prefer the Thule BOX, but the Yakama rack and connections seem to be better and less expensive. both are good. YOu make the choiceSir Wanksalot wrote:witch car box do u prefer?
