What was previously widely suspected has now been confirmed. In its latest bombshell report that - for once - doesn’t include some nefarious allegations of wrongdoing or incompetence involving President Donald Trump or members of his administration, the Washington Post reported Tuesday that the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign jointly financed the creation of the infamous “Trump dossier," which helped inspire the launch of the floundering investigations into whether the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians.
yeah we're all equally "shocked"...Investigators looking into the so-called "Trump dossier" were not surprised when news broke Tuesday night that the Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC, working through the Democrats' law firm, Perkins Coie, financed the "salacious and unverified" compilation of allegations of Trump collusion with Russia in the 2016 presidential campaign. (The "salacious and unverified" description comes from former FBI Director James Comey.)
There had been plenty of talk about the Democrats and Perkins Coie, so much that investigators almost assumed that was the case. But it wasn't until the Washington Post broke the story that it was confirmed.
"I'm shocked," one lawmaker joked Tuesday night. "Who could have ever guessed?"
Following the shocking (to some) revelations from WaPo with regard Hillary Clinton and the 'old' Democratic National Committee's financing of the infamous "Trump Dossier," the 'new' DNC has rushed out a press release denying any involvement as Democrats begin rapidly distancing themselves from this un-fake news.
8 months ago when all the accusations against Trump and Russia collusion were being thrown around I predicted it would all go back to the Clintons because the silence at the time coming out of the Clintons was deafening! So where are all the liberals condemning her actions and illegal deals ? I see she's not giving back the 2 million dollars the Clintons accepted from the Hollywood rapist either and still not a word from the Women on the left who were so offended with Trumps language . I find it interesting that first the Rapist Weinstein story comes out and his affiliation with the Clintons and now the real Russian Collusion with Hillary comes to light and the hypocrisy of the left is never ending.
