I own a 2 bed/2 bath condo at The Woods, and I'm looking to rent the 2nd bedroom. I've been living there full time, but recently got a job out of town and it's too far to drive every day. I rented a small place close to work, so I'd only be at the condo Friday night thru Monday morning. The rest of the week, you'd be on your own. I'd prefer a mature professional person, male or female, but you must be neat, clean, non smoker, non heavy drinker, no pets, no parties. Rent is $650 plus share utilities. Includes full use of pool, fitness center, sauna, steam, cable and internet. First month and security prior to move in, references and proof of employment.
