There is a compensation clause involving draftees ... Edmonton has the #1 pick ... that ain't hapnin ... but :D
Look for trades galore with the new Bos GM Sweeney.
Edmonton truly needs broke-down defensemen
Sweeney Rocks ! Oh yea , just like I predicted, Rangers in 5 !

No, you fire a guy and you get a pick from the next team who signs him?

The NHL, not the most orthodox Pro Sport League.
But, this time of year, truly the most exciting!

Things are very tight in the division now.
A Bruin win tonight would put them ahead of Stamkos the great.
The Capitals game showed they have some grit.
The 3 new guys are decent skaters and appear skilled.

Amazing how bad the Habs are without Price.
Rangers look to be deeper than Lundqvist.

Spring hockey signals end of shyti skiing :like

7 goals in 1st period vs. Icelanders Sunday.

Tough loss 6-4. Was a wild one though.

Ranta not great. If the King was between the pipes, Blue would have won that one 4-2.

The race is on...............

Caps can't win a cup with Ovarykin. He's a pure goal scorer, and a good one, but if he is held in check, they can't get through 4 x 7 game series. Too much Ovi. Not enough of everything else.

I will say that this Craps team is better built than previous ones in terms of a WHOLE hockey team, but I still can't see the Craps winning it all with Ovary at the helm.

I predict Blackhawks and Islanders in the Cup Finals. Hawks win the Cup in a game 7 triple overtime 2 on 1 breakaway with 1:08 left in the 3rd overtime. Kane gets the goal.

I like the Eric Staal signing by the good guys. We were at the 1st game at MSG when the brothers played together last week. Had to change Marks jersey to "M Staal" while his bro had E "Staal".

The straight "Staal" Blueshirts jersey is now a collectors item. Go figure.
