gee I doubt that has anything to do with the recent law change regarding recycling/trash disposal...I expect to see much more of this in many more locations...such a great impact on the environment, too bad it's in the wrong direction...Please help us keep the fountain on Blackmer Blvd. clean. It has become a garbage dump recently, and we would hate to have to close it down. If Anyone witnesses anyone tossing appliances, garbage bags, etc., please contact the State Police.
