Bogaerts, Betts, Bradley . . . add some of Papi's run for 500 . . . those of you who gave up on the season - you're missing some awesome baseball

End of baseball season signals the start of ski season. Come on boys let's wrap it up.

This Red Sox team is playing the best they have all season under this new Manager ! Interesting to say the least and that outfield of Bradley, Betts and Castillo could be one of the best in the game today as they can all field , have exceptional arms and have proven they can hit !
Some of the catches they've made recently are unbelievable . All this team needs is a #1 starter and middle reliever and they could be back on top !

Gonna take a lot more than 2 pitchers to fix the roidsux.

Not really because if they had a pitcher with who could win 15-20 games and a middle reliever who could build a bridge to the closer they would be right in the race as the position players around the horn are all VERY GOOD and very young ! The question is what do you have to give up to acquire what is needed ?

And this new #1 pitcher is gonna pitch every night? Same with the middle reliever? And just out of curiosity, where are these 2 guys gonna come from? They're not in the roidsux system, they're not available as/for trade bait, and they're not already on the team. Where are they going to come from?

Coming back 14 in August - September was tough, but had a wide margin for elimination. When you're E number is 13 and you are 13 back, don't hold your breath. Nobody plays 1.00 ball this late in the season. Expect the sox to be done soon. Yanks are hanging in but the Jays are holding tough too. +4 for a Yankee wild card if the Jays continue the streaks.

Sox have 25 games left in the season. They have just completed an impressive (at least for THIS season) 8-3 for the last 11. Can they go 16-9 or better over the last 25 and at least end up at .500 for the year?

I never said the Sox had a chance of any comeback . That was the two Yankee fans Dr. No and Jr. .. I simply said they are playing well under this new Mgr. , have a young and talented roster and are 2 players away from getting in the race NEXT YEAR . The question is , " what do they have to give up to get a 20 game winner and middle reliever both of whom would put them in the race ".

It's tough to want the Sox to lose these games against the Jays but rather than let the EE gain ground, it's OK.

It's funny to see the head troll call them the "roidsox".

He still hasn't come to grips with his teams using every drug they could get their hands on.

And I bet he's applauding A-Roid this year as well,
