AFC East embarresses America again

Post by f.a.s.t. »

I can't even imagine why the NFL would send two pathetic AFC East teams (Jets & Dolphins) to London to promote the league. Simply put, the game was horrific and from all accounts, Europe has totally rejected this Hollywood style of sports presented by the NFL. It's bad enough that the Patriots from this same division are known around the world as cheaters, now they send two of the worst teams in the league from the pitiful AFC East to London to represent the USA and the NFL. Imagine being from England and you decide to give the NFL a chance and you go and watch that disgusting excuse of a football game. Europeans are used to watching soccer games, commercial free and non-stop action. Now the NFL tries to sell them 3 1/2 hours of commercials, time outs and 20 minutes of actual football being played by two of the most incompetent teams in the league. No wonder Europe hates us.

Except for the Patriots the AFC EAST SUCKS ! Why you ask, lets take last week for example. The Jets were home vs the Eagles and LOST in a pathetic display . Fast fwrd. this week , the heavily favored Bills home vs the Giants and the Giants physically BEAT the Bills and had them committing penalties out of anger at being whipped . The Dolphins should have a new head coach any day now and that friends is your AFC Least .
Not that the NFC east is anything to write home about but the above 3 examples say it all ! As for the NFC east the Eagles might of gotten the short end of the Sam Bradford~ Nick Foles trade as Foles looks good with the Rams and Bradford looks lost . At this rate the Eagles coach could also be fired ! ... I know LONG way to go .........

More embarrassing is the faulty spelling and poor analysis in your weak posts.

Didn't need to watch any week 4 games. No must-see games were scheduled.
Nothing has changed since the previous week. Obvious then as it is now...
Miami is just awful. The Bills have spun out of control. The Jets are fickle.

Entirely possible Tom Brady will win AFC Player of the Week for Week 4 :P

S.L.O.W., it was only embarrassing because the Pats had a bye week. Otherwise you would have seen some kick ass football in the AFC East. Tune in to the Dallas game this weekend to get back on track. The NFL has already sent their premier team, the New England Patriots, to old England more than once in the last few seasons. They found out England isn't real keen on supporting a sports team from their former colony that stole their namesake, revolted, and kicked their ass back to Europe. The NFL feels what England really wants is to see some American mediocrity before accepting a second football into their history of sport.

By the way, I believe the games at Wembly are typically sold out as American football gains in popularity in England.

Bitch all you want about who didn't play well, but the schedule was put together probably last Spring. No telling what was good or bad so you get what you get. Easy to change the Sunday night games from say Texas to San Fran, but how do you fix a boring game in the UK? All we can do is hope the next game is better. Maybe a good Black and Blue division match up in the r*in, just like the old days.
