Summary - This spacious, non-smoking, four bedroom share house is perfect for groups of friends who prefer the intimacy, privacy, and flexibility of a share house over other accommodations.
Location – Located on nearly 3 acres of property, within a walking distance of the Green Mountain National Golf Course, this mountain retreat provides a private setting that is only a 5-10 minute drive away from the access road, restaurants, nightlife of Killington, and base lodges. The house is off of Route 100 in North Killington.
Amenities include:
• Four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms
• Two separate living room areas – each fully furnished with gas fireplaces. The downstairs living room has a pull out couch for two guests
• Communications phone and high-speed wireless internet access
• Entertainment center with cable TV, VCR, Stereo / CD Player
• Fully equipped kitchen with all cookware and utensils
• Mudroom with washer / dryer and room to stow away ski gear
• Outdoor hot tub and deck / outdoor speakers / dining area
Price:
$1000 - 1/2 Share: You can go up 2 weekends in each month starting from December to April (+20 weekdays)
$600 - 1/4 Share: You can go up 1 weekend in each month starting from December to April (+10 weekdays)
A stay on a Friday night, a Saturday night, or both Friday and Saturday nights constitutes a weekend stay. All utilities, cable, & WiFi are included
Lease is from November 27, 2015 to May 27, 2016. There will be NO blackout dates.
