Nice effort against Pisburp.
I suppose when you have limited options,
targeting lucky #13 on each play is feasible.

Yes, the Giants believe two of the football used in last week’s 24-14 loss to the Steelers in Pittsburgh were underinflated.

Yes, the Giants did send those footballs to the NFL to have them checked out.

No, the Giants did not file a complaint with the league about the footballs.

Yes, the NFL checked out the footballs and found nothing wrong with them.

So, those eager to label this Deflategate II will be disappointed.

A Fox Sports report on Sunday stated the Giants, on the sideline at Heinz Field, tested two footballs used by the Steelers, found them to be light and underinflated and sent them to the league for inspection. A statement from the NFL acknowledged receiving the footballs, saying: “The officiating game ball procedures were followed and there were no chain of command issues. All footballs were in compliance and no formal complaint was filed by the Giants with our office.”

The Giants had no comment.

Offense's sell tickets but Defense wins Championships. This Giants offense needs a LT , RB and TE but ... they're entertaining non the less thanks to Spagnola and the Giants Defense. Brownie , what can you tell me about recent history and Giants Defense in the big spot?

Nice win by the Giants. :like
Good demonstration of life without JPP.
That #13 sure is pesky

Cowboy rookies looked out of sorts playing Snoopy.
Bryant should have stayed home in Texas. Yikes
Tremendous display of punting by both sides.

As to your quite premature question ..
Don't recall any big spots in recent history. :?
Seem to remember Welker dropping a ball.
(.. and the Girl from Ipanema going off .. )

Actually, some Defenses win Championships.
NYPD certainly entertained the Pack.

This is very sad. Trashing the plane, not right.
You know what would have been cool :?: If the guy who picked Eli at the end of the game had scored. It was awesome that he ran it out of the end-zone. Made absolutely no sense, definitely a FU to the Giants. :barebutt:

This team will fix the Offense by moving Flowers to RG , replacing Jerry there and fielding a real LT. They will also release WR Cruz who was already replaced by King , cut TE Donnell and RB Jennings and get younger at those 3 spots and I won't be surprised if they hire an offensive Co-ord. and let McAdoo just take care of the head coaching duties. Rest assured haters, they will address the O and be back in the play-offs next season !

Missed their opportunity to rehire Coughlin.
Team remains in dire need of discipline.
Put whatever players wherever you choose.

It was great to see Eli at Super Bowl getting an award. Not for football of course, Butt he came onto field with the same enthusiasm he plays with. Like a fast food worker waiting for the bus to take him to work.
Next season throw the ball to someone (on your own team).

Can't wait to see the 2017 NY Giants on the field and see if they have what it takes to derail the Pats again !

Probably not as Tom Coughlin isn't walking thru those doors again.

The 2017 NYGiants opened up in Vegas a few months ago ast 50-1 odds to win the Super Bowl this January but the latest odds update has them at 15-1 as every month since the original prediction came out a new prediction gives them better odds ! So I guess I'm not the only one looking forward to another Manning-Brady matchup!

Did anyone watch the 2nd and 3rd string Giants /Pats last night? What I got out of it is with the Edelman injury if the Giants cut either receiver Rudolph or Lewis Jr . The Pats will scoop them up and Brady will make them all world. Same goes for the rookie FA TE Lacosse.
