From what I saw, the defense basically lay down. Poor coverage, poor tackling, and an obvious lack of effort. Blame goes to the coaches as well as the players when that happens.

I meant their play this season. The Jets were supposed to be at risk for 0 - 16 this year, yet they've got 4 wins. The Giants were supposed to be a far better but they're 1 - 8. I know their receiving corps has been decimated but they've lost it defensively as well as on offense.

Hardly a Giants fan but their schedule is a lot harder than the J E T S.

Not really.

Both play a division schedule where they face one team with a winning record. Dallas and the Redskins aren't beating anyone (exceptin' the Giants). They both play the AFC-West. The Jets play the NFC-South which is a stronger division this year than the NFC-West. The Jets played a last place schedule so they got the Browns as a gimme but the Jaguars are respectable this year. Maybe a tiny bit harder but the Giants got the 49ers which evens it out. If you can't beat the 49ers, something is really wrong just like if you can't beat the Browns.

Giants need to clean house. None of us could perform at our jobs at such a low level and expect to last.
