Sure, except for the fact the coach grabs the player's hair, spins him around and isn't holding a clip board of any kind. The only real surprise is he didn't try to trip the player.

That said, the game was a disgrace - more due to the Bengals, but still a disgrace.

Was no clipboard in the coach's hands, but he had a play sheet. It is possible that the hair got caught between the sheet and his hand. In an attempt to not lose the sheet, coach pulled away, pulling the hair, MAYBE.

Coaches are allowed to go on the field to tend to injured players. When Porter did this he was attacked.
